What is this 1-Test product all about?

1-Testosterone
1-Testosterone is what is known as a “double bond isomer” of testosterone. It is also known as 17-hydroxyandrost-1-ene-3-one or Androst-1-ene or A1E.
Although chemically the only difference between testosterone and 1-Testosterone is the position of the double bond, pharmacologically the two products are quite different. According to research done by the pharmaceutical giant G.D. Searle and published in the 1960s, 1-testosterone is over 7 times as myotrophic (anabolic) as testosterone. That makes 1-testosterone a phenomenally potent compound, surpassing even most synthetic anabolic steroids.
No Aromatization
1-Testosterone differs from testosterone in another way as well. Being a 5alpha-reduced androgen (a DHT derivative) it simply cannot aromatize to estrogens. It means that your chances of getting gynecomastia (bitch tits) from 1-testosterone is essentially zero, and that water retention side effects are vastly reduced compared to other pro-hormones/pro-steroids.
During the 60’s and 70’s some papers were published describing the phenomenon of oral activity seen with 1-dehydroandrostanes, including 1-testosterone and 1-AD. What was discovered was that these compounds resist metabolic deactivation by profoundly shifting what is known as the “17-keto redox potential” towards the formation of active 17beta-hydroxyl steroids. This means that when you take it, the liver serves primarily to activate the compound, rather than break it down and excrete it as it does with other prohormones and testosterone. It means that 1-testosterone is “orally active,” yet it does not impart the liver toxicity that 17alpha-alkylation does.

Yes PH are going under the hammer and Avant Labs line of PH (a very good and potent group of products) is first. Theres a certain message board out there that will tell you how to make your own 1-Test transdermal for free. It provides the recipe, where to get the goods to make it and step for step how to do it for VERY cheap, about half the cost of buying it actually. If you want more info. PM me I dont want to advertise or anything...

Okay, I took One Test and saw decent strength gains, but almost no weight gain.
There is no way you are going to compare One Test to real test injections. You have no clue what you are talking about. How much One Test do you need to take to get the same gains as 800mg/week of test enanth injections?
I like the product, but don't ever think otc will compare to the real, injectable gear. It is not a fair comparison by any means. The real gear is no joke and so are the potential side effects and legal complications. You can't have the good without the bad.

1-test is only OTC, at the moment, because of the wording of the steroid laws (If it is not on their list of 27 controlled steroids, it ain't a steroid in they eyes of the DEA until added (which it will be shorly). 1-test is very much a steroid, and a very potent one at that. You just can't inject it, so it will be hard to take oral doses high enough to compare to 800mg weekly of TE. But in terms of solid, lean mass gain, it has definitely outperformed 200-400mg weekly for me. Don't let the fact that it is momentarily legal convince you it is anything other than what I just said. Take advantage while you still can.

regarding my statement comment; Dripping wet with sarcasm no need to get all scientific or statistical on me all I use is protein powder/glutamine, creatine/multivitamins flax seed and food and dedication......a very big skeptic on all the PH and test matrix that are inundating the supplement industry relax......my friend...please.

1-test is not comparable to testosterone. This from those that have used both. the only people that even try to argue that are selling it

Bill L, no disrespect meant. I took boldlione a while back and was very happy with it. I am also a major advocator of 1-test. I like the product and have recommended for many friends that are happy with it. The real thing is entirely too complicated and serious for the average clown to play with.
My statement was really about two points. 1) that I didn't have great gains from it in terms of muscle weight and 2) the comparison with real test injections can't be made and should not be made. The real thing is very potent and comes with some very serious side effects that most don't understand. It is not fair to compare them, so I didn't want others being misled thinking that taking 1-test would be like 800mg/week of test enanth.

Comparing "1-test" to testosterone enanthate injections at 800 mg per week is an unfair comparison. Just because the marketing name has test in it doesn't mean it will act just like testosterone enanthate, just ask anyone who has injected it(OUCH!). If one actually had to make a comparison to illegal steroids its probably somehwere between primo and tren with regard to LBM gains and much closer to tren for side effects. Also, just because you gained 20lbs in ten weeks taking 800mg of test per week doesn't mean it's all muscle, much of it is simple water retention unlike tren, primo or 1-test so lets try and make a distinction based on quality weight gain.
