I have gone without cheating for months on end, wheather bulking or cutting. I have no craving for cheat days. I dont even have the urge to cheat, but i think that it will be to my benefit if i incorporate cheat days. I had one cheat day 4 days ago for the first time in months. I ate pizza for lunch and a brownie sunday for dinner. I gained sooo much fat from it, and it still has not gone awway. I didnt even eat that much. I think this is due to the fact that my body has been without cheat for so long, that it tries to store anything it can as fat. Cheat meals will hopefully prove to be helpful.
