what is the ideal pct for my next cycle

450 mg sust/wk 14 weeks
300mg primo/wk 12weeks
60mg anavar ed weeks 1-6
300mg tren/wk weeks 6-12
.5mg arimedex eod

dont know enough about correct preventative gear please advise on the ant-estros and the pct. also how should i take hcg while on.

Im no expert but i'd do HCG 2x 250iu's EW till your last shot of Sust. Caber for prolaction. Aromasin/unleashed/Hcgenerate/Sustain for PCT

Age, stats, cycle history? I'd say if you are not familiar with PCT, you shouldn't be running a cycle anywhere near that (I don't like it anyway - it's all hodge-podge).

finishing with tren is hard core in terms of shut down

Try Dropping it 2-3 week earlier and hit the HCG pre hop off.

yea im an idiot i guess i was just thinking out loud trying to get feed back. your 100% right that much gear scares me on paper i def wouldnt be able to do it

I agree, Keep it simple ,Tren is a compound not to be taken likely.
The result with what d_rson suggsted will make you happy.
