What is the healthiest bread I can have with my Tuna?

My trainer said no bread really, but tuna with just mayo is getting so old I had to stop for about a month. Obviously no white, or wheat or rye or anthing. How much trans fat and carbs should I be looking for? 7-grain or 9-grain? What is the most healthy bread i can have? He said it is going to make me lose weight a little slower, but im willing to do that for some damn bread with this two cans of tuna stuff.

btw just joined this site, and love it. I like how I dont need a post count to make threads either.

thanks for the input. :tu

You might try low carb wraps. I've just heard of them, but they might help break the monotony.

There are "No Flour" breads available now. You can find Mestemacher (German) brand near the deli section at Kroger and HEB grocery stores. Also "Food for Life" makes sprouted grain breads that have zero flour. Do a Google search and you should be able to find retailers in your area.

Spelt and Kamut do not contain wheat or flour. When I was on a week bb program my nutritionist had me using it and it was pretty good.
Good luck!

I just mix my tuna with brown rice......I actually like it pretty good. To each their own I guess. I am not a big bread fan :P

I use whole wheat bread for bulking....if you are trying to lose weight...

search for la tortilla factory - they have a website you can order from. The wraps have like 18g carbs and 14 of that is fiber. Could be a pretty good tuna wrap.
