What is the hardest execrise for you?

for me its tricep kickbacks, i gotta use 10 kg dbs doing these, yet any other tricep movement i can lift/pull/push up to 5 times that.
 
Right now, I would have to say it's probably got to be seated dumbbell press or military press. I'm just coming off a rotator injury and I seem to have some problems with any overhead pressing motions. I guess I'll just have to give it time and take it a little easier.
 
dumbbell rows.. i hate them, i could never find a right way to do them, but once i get the motion down its ok... i still hate them..
 
Pullups [pronated grip] have to be the hardest thing for me. I started doing them a few weeks ago and i couldn't get more than 2-3 on my own body weight. So, now i do them on the assisted pull/dip machine. Its soo sad. For the most part i feel good at the gym about my strength, but then when i do pull up with guys who weigh like 60 lbs less than me, they all laugh - bastards!!!

I will show them though! I will get huge and crush them with the twitch of an abnormally humongous lat :D

Power cleans...I get sweaty palms from thinkin about'em

Front Squats...I have nightmares

Deadlifts....have had blurry vision after doing my last set heavy and the ill-fated attempt of trying for reps instead of singles.

I can think of about 20 different tri excercises that work better than kickbacks. They are awkward and a cheaters paradise. That and they look goofy. :)
 
I think for me it's heavy deads....great mass builder, but just hate doing em, used to breathe wrong on them and get light headed too ;)
 
cardio...I have come to really hate cardio. Especially the stepmill aka "the monster." It's a stairclimber where they steps cycle around somehow...always making me trip and look like a spazz...but it's also the best bang for your buck and the hardest (for me) to do!:mix:
 
I absolutely detest cardio. Just shoot me now.

My worst would be lat raises because even though I do a fair amount of weight in other shoulder-oriented exercises, I cannot seem to do above 10 lb. dumbbells. Hurts my elbows. Very embarrassing. I feel like a girly girl. Oh wait, I am one.

Most embarrassing exercise are pull-throughs. I feel like one of those girls in the skin mags. You know those pics where she is looking over her shoulder and waving between her legs? Great exercise, though.
 
2Shy -- I think that sexy move is called the "reach around." :D Gotta love the looks you get in the gym doing pull-throughs!
 
I have a few exercises which cause me pain.... so I don't do them. They include upright rows (sheers my shoulders and also hurts my wrists) and pullovers.... they do something weird to my shoulders as well.

As for exercises which just suck, I don't much like dumbbell rows.... and of course squats and deadlifts suck ass because they're hard. But.... must learn to love them. I'm working on it.
