i would say ythe cancer of not going after wht you really want in life. that will kill you evertime
that's deep man! good call!
what is the point of living if you don't go after your dreams!
I think pancreatic cancer has a 100% rate of fatality.

As far as life expectancy, hepatic (liver) cancer seems to be the worst -- either from hepatocellular carcinoma or metastatic spread to the liver.
As far as deadliest, pancreatic, esophageal, gastric, and hepatic all seem to be uniformly fatal.
Contrary to popular belief, most lung (except small cell) and brain cancer (except glioblastoma multiforme) aren't that aggressive and usually don't kill as quickly as people think. Depending on the stage of diagnosis, many can be cured with good 5 year survival rates.
My father died of pancreatic cancer its a fuckin evil sickness

My grandmother had it...and ironically died after a car accident. The seatbelt caused damage that led to her lungs collapsing. But had she not died in that accident, she had maybe a couple of months to live.
I wonder hw long Patrick Swayze is going to last with his pancreatic cancer?? Just read he's in the hospital with pnemonia
