What is the deadliest cancer to have?

Why is it more dangerous than say lung or brain cancer>?
I'd say lung cancer.
As far as life expectancy, hepatic (liver) cancer seems to be the worst -- either from hepatocellular carcinoma or metastatic spread to the liver.
As far as deadliest, pancreatic, esophageal, gastric, and hepatic all seem to be uniformly fatal.
Contrary to popular belief, most lung (except small cell) and brain cancer (except glioblastoma multiforme) aren't that aggressive and usually don't kill as quickly as people think. Depending on the stage of diagnosis, many can be cured with good 5 year survival rates.

If you can't cut it out you're dead.
They're all bad and many are related to your life style. Also big difference between something that an 8 year old can get and what an 70 year old gets. If you live long enough and you're a guy say good by to your prostate. Also say good bye to a boner.

I think pancreatic cancer has a 100% rate of fatality.
pancreatic cancer got like a 5% survival rate of more then 5 years after being found .. its a fact that it has the lowest survival rate .. look it up

Yup. I was going to say esophageal and pancreatic cancers are the worst words to hear from your doctor

My father died of pancreatic cancer its a fuckin evil sickness
My grandmother had it...and ironically died after a car accident. The seatbelt caused damage that led to her lungs collapsing. But had she not died in that accident, she had maybe a couple of months to live.

pancreatic and liver cancer = very poor long term survival rates. brain cancer and lung cancer is very deadly too. most cancers in stage 4 = very high fatality rate.

Millinoma or however you spell it. My old lady's father went that way........ I must admit it was sad..... man I hope I don't see someone suffer like that again. It was like BAM! you have it, and you gonna live a week. He suffered for three more weeks all doped up. He didn't feel a thing that whoever you religion lets you thank. Poor guy knew he was dying, but we tried to comfort him. Oh well, he is at peace now....
