what is the best cycle to acheive my goals?

First thing I would do is stop doing cardio after your lifts. Do cardio in the AM on an empty stomach, maybe just black coffee. I made this mistake before thinking I wanted to ‘get big’ and ‘cut’ at the same time, it simply doesn’t work. You need to figure out which one is more important to you now and accomplish one of them at a time. I would revisit the idea of a cycle after 6 months and do what you can naturally first. You not only need to start showing up in the gym, you need to SHOW UP IN THE GYM. I know a lot of people that ‘go to the gym’ but just showing up doesn’t count lol I’m not saying that’s your case. Maybe even look into a personal trainer to push you.

I'm definitely cutting at the moment, I'm definitely looking to add morning cardio to the routine, I love scivation xtend but I can't justify buying it as I'm saving up for my future cycle. Trust me when I'm in the gym I don't slouch, I go by myself always so there is no distractions, as of right now I'd rather be skinny ripped than muscular chubby. I figure after my bf% is low I can add mass with test (I gain muscle well usually, but with quite a bit of fat as mentioned previously) and then it will be easier to lean out to get that shredded look and maintain. Again I don't even want to get that big at all. Appreciate the advice
 
Exactly, and it wasn't just a few times a week, it was everyday multiple times a day, I'm actually surprised I wasn't fatter than I was at my worst about 6 months ago. I've given up all bad foods, I've lost the desire to eat anything that will negatively affect my goals, I've never been so focused in my life on anything, I will do it.

you need carbs, cals, protein. but they have to be clean. which means no greasy foods, bad fats, or sugars.

and you hit the weight room hard daily.. definately set up splits working each muscle group, I do the pushing, pulling, legs split. 15-20 sets each day.

i expect you in 6 months to definately update all of us to your progress. it will be interesting to see it
 
I will definitely update as I'm sure I'll have positive news :), hopefully I'll be in good enough shape for a cycle to make sense. Thanks for the advice by the way
 
Forget about the cycle for now. Focus on diet and exercise. When you have your diet and exercise down pat, you can think of the cycle
 
Thanks acid, I looked up carb cycling looks interesting, do you mind sending me your meal plan if you have it?

firstly you ll need the following

1)olive oil
2)a really good multivitamin(not the regular one a day)
3)fish oil
4)flax seed oil
3)potassium chloride tabs
the following is my diet

meal 1
7 eggs scarmbled with cheese (multivitamin, 3000 mgfish oil,1000mg flax seed oil)

meal 2
1 cup spinach, 250gms chicken (tbsp olive oil, fish oil, flax seed oil same as above)

Meal3 Pre workout
protein shake two scoops with 3 tbsp olive oil, 2.5 gms creatine

meal 4 post workout
protein shake two scoops with 3 tbsp olive oil, 2.5 gms creatine,5gms glutamine

MEal 5
300gms chicken, salad 1 cup (tbsp olive oil, fish oil, flax seed oil same as above)

potassium chloride with every meal

this is my diet and it worked well for me, but you can enhance it to your benefit
 
Thanks acid, will definitely get on that diet asap, moving to a new city on the 4th for school so starting the 5th or 6th its go time.

After hours and hours of more research I decided that next April I'll be running a test/var/primo cycle for 14 weeks.

Test (not sure if prop/cyp or E) 400mg/week, I'd prefer to run a shorter ester but I don't really want to inject EOD, although I would if the fast acting shorter ester brings results quicker. I'm using this late April to be shredded for summer so I want something that has results showing ASAP.
Primo 400 or 600mg
var 60mg 8 weeks or 80 mg 6 weeks.

Diet will be on point and I will have so much time on my hands you'll have to break my legs to keep me out the gym. My new goal is to be as lean as possible, size is not a major factor to me at all (although I'm sure on this cycle I'd gain some more mass), I just want ENOUGH that no one would call me skinny ripped.

What affect would t3 have if I threw it in at a very low dose (12.5 for example) around week 8 of the cycle just to lose that extra little but of fat?

Any advice or modifications to the above cycle? As of now it's just a template but as far as compounds I definitely want to stick to these 3, would of loved winny but I already get joint pain in my wrists sometimes so I'd rather not.
 
And just to update those pics in my first post were from a few weeks ago I just checked myself in the mirror and I've got some more definition and have lost some fat in the abdominal area so things are looking good for the 8 month natty weight loss cycle ;)
