what is the best cycle to acheive my goals?

What's up guys, I'm pre planning a cycle to get ripped for next summer (2nd cycle overall). Here is what I look like now

I'm going to naturally cut for about 6 months then hop on gear, I've been training since I was 17 (I'm 23 now, will be 24 by the time cycle is started) with off periods spread out in between but I'm no stranger to the gym.

This is my goal physique is something like this (I want the lean look not the big buff look)

I'm 6'1 and 1/2, 203 pounds, roughly 20% bf?
I train 6 days a week with cardio after
My diet is clean I don't cheat, lots of chicken breast brown rice veggies water flax seed oil protein shakes etc
I'd guess right now I'm at 20%bf, in the next 6 months I'm going to try to cut to 10-12% before I hop on gear. My goal is 185 pounds @ 8%bf what's the best cycle to acheive this goal?

(by the way I've done the necessay research just looking for expert opinions)
I was thinking human grade test for 12 weeks 500 per
Now I want to stack it, but I want to gain muscle and lose fat at the same time, but losing fat would be more important for me, I'd rather be skinnier and shredded than big and somewhat lean, should I throw t3 in there for a bit? Or clen? I've had a good experience with anavar, but would anavar + t3 work well together or you shouldn't use them together?

Thanks in advance for the responses ppl

dont even worry about the cycle now. planning a cycle is easy.. heck test only at 500mg is a great cycle for almost anything.

worry about diet and training head over to those forums and get focused and dedicated in the gym and in the kitchen. that is the hard part!

i dunno bro.. you say you've been training for 5 years and you have a strong diet. you may just have crappy genetics cause you don't look like you workout and I'm not saying this to be an ass I am just being flat out honest.

tell me your workouts and diet specifically and lets see what we can work on. T3 is not for newbs, it is for advanced users who are trying to get in contest shape quickly.. it comes with risks so it should be avoided in your situation.

the picture you want to be is not gonna happen in 6 months and after 1 cycle. that type of body takes great genetics + a bodybuilding lifestyle. you need to set up realistic goals. 95% of the people on this forum want to achieve that type of body, and we work our butts off everyday in the gym to chase that dream. not just for 5 years but a lot of guys have been at it for 15 or even 25 years. i really wish it was that easy bro. i've been working out almost everyday for the past 3 years, and if you click on my profile pic that is where I am at today. i still got a long ways to go but i will need to avoid injury, major stresses, and continue dedicating myself to the gym daily to get there. it takes more than 6 months and 1 cycle man

A cycle will not make you lean... All it will do is allow you to maintain what muscle you have (which doesn't seem like you are at your natural potential) while you are at a calorie deficit and doing cardio. Getting lean is all about diet and cardio, not steroids.

honestly i would suggest you look up on a great diet for losing fat, there is definitly something wrong that you re doing. u can check ur thyroid functions to be absolutely sure that theyre fine. Next i would suggest a cyclical ketogenic diet, made my drop 6 percent body fat . im on cycle now and look somewhat like the guy you showed in the picture except with a lot of bloat. as everyone will tell u diet is the key. cyclical keto a great diet to be on to lose fat when calories are restricted. lose the fat and then plan your cycle. hell i belong to the same school of thought,'be skinnier and shredded than big and somewhat lean'. youll find yourself looking much better without the gear. IMO 6 days a week of training is too much with the cardio. working out too much increases cortisol leading to muscle wastage and eventually a lower metabolism.eat well train hard but dont forget to rest well.diet is more effective way of losing fat than cardio.

I see what you all are saying, I know that I won't acheive those results after 1 cycle, I was just looking for which cycle would help me towards that goal. As I said I'll be using the next 6-8 months dieting and training naturally. I'm confident that in 8 months of solid diet and training I'll at least get to the point where I'll have a low enough bf% to see abs, then I plan on running some test to bulk up but bulk up with minimal fat gain. The size I want to get to is actually even smaller than the goal physique I showed, I'm not looking for miracles, I just want to be lean with some muscle. Unfortunately my genetics are shyt, I can't put on muscle without putting on as much fat, and to clean bulk with a 200-300 calorie surplus would take so much time to pack on decent size.

As for me looking like shyt after training for 5 years, as I said it's been on and off. And during my off times eating Mcdonalds, pizzas cookies candy ice cream chocolate coke apple pies you name it. Only 3 months ago did I actually go back to my clean diet, but this time it's forever.

I appreciate the advice, maybe I should lose the weight first then come back to plan a cycle? I want to get my gear and other cycle stuff beforehand because I know how hard it can be to get and it takes time so I was just pre-planning.

Thanks acid, I looked up carb cycling looks interesting, do you mind sending me your meal plan if you have it?

First thing I would do is stop doing cardio after your lifts. Do cardio in the AM on an empty stomach, maybe just black coffee. I made this mistake before thinking I wanted to ‘get big’ and ‘cut’ at the same time, it simply doesn’t work. You need to figure out which one is more important to you now and accomplish one of them at a time. I would revisit the idea of a cycle after 6 months and do what you can naturally first. You not only need to start showing up in the gym, you need to SHOW UP IN THE GYM. I know a lot of people that ‘go to the gym’ but just showing up doesn’t count lol I’m not saying that’s your case. Maybe even look into a personal trainer to push you.

PS: I’m not even going to ask where/how you got the ‘dream pic’ :laugh2:

^^^yes it is definately easier to cut then bulk clean. just make sure you stick with a solid diet, don't get lazy with your diet and then have to cut again in the future cause that will slow down your progress.

ice cream, pizza, fast food, candy even sparingly can cripple your body composition. i think you realize that now.

Exactly, and it wasn't just a few times a week, it was everyday multiple times a day, I'm actually surprised I wasn't fatter than I was at my worst about 6 months ago. I've given up all bad foods, I've lost the desire to eat anything that will negatively affect my goals, I've never been so focused in my life on anything, I will do it.
