At 6'2", 200lbs and bony you might have a decent size skeleton and fast metabolism.
It's really hard to say without seeing a picture of you, but based off just that I would guess you could be 250 solid with several years training under your belt.
Eat alot. Get lot's of protein in. Focus on the big compound lifts like squat, bench, deadlift etc.
For all I know you could have 8.5" wrists and turn into a 300lbs monster in time. To hard to say off such a vague description.
