What is best time to do cardio for fat loss

morning is the best time and thats final, yes a protein shake would be helpful too. But don't eat anything.

well i guess that's one way to see it, but the way i meant it was that you take the protein shake so you don't have muscle loss and then come back and eat a real breakfast.
 
Ok, a serious reply... I always have something in my stomach before morning cardio... no carbs, just a low carb protein bar or a protein shake... Works for me.
