I'm coming off my diet and increase carb intake. I hear many say eat those veggies for in moderation. Moderation is a nice word, but give an example.
I almost always weight my food with electric scale. I weighted 200g of raw (uncooked) broccoli providing 73 cals (6g protein, 0.7g fat, 10.5g carb (of which 6g are fiber))
I was tasty and feels like I could eat those 200g 3 or 4 times a day and quite enjoy it.
Suppose I'm on a 1800cals diet, is 600g of raw veggies(weighted before microwaving) considered exessive ?
