why should there be a standard? as much as you can do correctly. if you have awesome form, and have had results with the weight you are lifting with, why does it matter? that goes with any exercise IMHO
I agree there should be no standard, but if you really want a number I’d say you're doing pretty good if you can at least military press your body weight for sets.
You know what dude maybe its not that bad. Because at my gym there's only couple guys that can go over 80lbers so wer're still cool compared to most people anyway.
