What is 501 tempo?

My only guess would be 5 seconds down (negative portion), no pause at bottom, and then 1 second up. That is the only thing I can make of it off of similiar stuff I have read in Poliquin routines.

yes, 5 neg no pause 1 positive....go to www.testosterone.net and look in their FAQ, they answer all the questions like that.
