what improves your mood and personality?

Well, I'm usually tired and irritable during the day... what will improve my mood and make me more happy/talkative etc.. ECA works but i don't like to use it all the time
 
The Following

The following drugs are quite effective to me:

dbol or Test - Gives you a euphoric feeling, forget sleeping well though

Clomid - can be taken all year - 100mg does the same as dbol for my mood.

A good blowjob - Nothing like em

Yep, but from what I've seen for myself and others that have used it past 2-3 weeks is a positive mood change. Yeah, sometimes the first week or two of Clomid makes me consider suicide and weeping while watching the Oprah show and talking to my psychic friends on the phone about shoes - BUT!!!!!!!! Just give it a few weeks and that wears off.

Something to consider from a theory standpoint:

- If you train hard like a dirty dirty animal like myself then when natural your T levels will be all over the place, usually making you more bitchy than on a good cycle. Clomid helps Natural T between 50-150% depending on the study and doses therefore creates a more stable base level of natural T even during over training.

- The increased natural T in general overrides any weep estrogenic effects after a while giving you that High T natural high

- For some reason creativity goes up on clomid, I have the best bullshit for girls and am calmer in general... Not sure why.

So take it from your old Uncle Platehead: Clomid is a fun loving pal that will make you feel a hell of a lot better while natural!

Yerba Mate is considered a tonic...

Not sure how it works, but it's a herb that's been used for years to enhance mood/ overall well being and it might have fat burning benefits when combined with caffeine... fat loss make me happy.

metacodamide will help with concentration and improve your mood. And you may not have to go about getting it illegally. If your feeling bad enough that its become enough of a concern that your considering taking drugs to fix the problem, then maybe you might actually qualify for a prescription. Its not hard really to get psychiatric drugs.
In canada, shrinks are covered by our healthcare system. Dont know how it works in the states though, so you may need to fork out some dough for a prescription.
anyway the drug i listed works great, but that may not be the correct spelling. Ill check and hit you back to make sure.

3 grams L-Tyrosine, 200 mg DMAE, 100mg Pantothenic Acid on an empty stomach first thing in the morning.

It's like Clomid for the nervous system, no shit.

Good advice about the EFA's, more B-vitamins never hurts either.

Seriously ..

5-HTP and Inositol have helped me tremendously. I have
quite the case of social anxiety disorder and when there are large crowds of people, I tend to get panic attacks and my heart starts racing. I overthink everything instead of just doing, and the 5-HTP has helped with that, it's given me the will to want to DO IT. I don't know how well the Inositol is working since I'm using stimulants with caffeine and caffeine kills Inositol ..

Oh and losing a shitload of weight and getting into shape certainly helps too! :-)
 
1000mg of acetyl L-cartinine ...and power drive by biotest.....you can prob get the components cheaper seperate but it tastes like tang....and tang is good stuff haha. I use it before all my presentations. Wworks like a charm and even works on super heavy days and power lifting. I owe it to my personal best 250lb clean haha. Would have had 275 but i am 6'6 ...thats a long pull haha.
