I missed my squat and deads last friday due to work. Should I try to make it op on Monday aloung with my bench? I didn't try to make it up but I really felt like I should have. I have just started leg workouts about a month ago and hate not to do they anymore. I don't necesslary plan on squating in meets but I have no leegs whatsoever. I feel like I'm hurting my bench by not doing them.
