What if I miss a day of training?

I missed my squat and deads last friday due to work. Should I try to make it op on Monday aloung with my bench? I didn't try to make it up but I really felt like I should have. I have just started leg workouts about a month ago and hate not to do they anymore. I don't necesslary plan on squating in meets but I have no leegs whatsoever. I feel like I'm hurting my bench by not doing them.
 
No big deal. Consider it a rest day and move on to the next planned workout. Occasionally if i miss a day i will trya nd make it up the next morning but it usually hurts my next workout for that bodypart so unless i haven't done it in a while i just take it as a day off.
