Are you cutting or bulking?

That's a nice amount of protein, but there's too much sugar especially in there for my liking.

There are better choices of meals.. but then there are WAY worse too!!

Personally though I couldn't eat an entire tub of CC without seeing it again a few mins later ;)

8 grams of sugar is too much? shit.. there is more than that in 1 cup of milk!

anyone else have comments?

Good pre-bed meal

but add some almonds for good fats

Damn! I've never noticed that. Surely that much protein would kind of negate any affect that small amount of sugar would have?

Which is why most cutting diets don't include milk either :)

Depends what your goals are of course.

For me, 8g of sugar in a single meal is too much while cutting. Obviously it depends on what your other meals are, but if you ate 6 meals, each of which had 8g of sugar, that's a total of 48g of sugar.. which is a hell of a lot when cutting.

Keep in mind that the sugar you are referring to is not comparable to table sugar.....it's from the lactose, a slow digesting, non=insulin (or minimal) spiking sugar that is fine for bodybuilders.....

On a side note, I do agree that DAIRY should be eliminated during cutting for a show......
