Been working out for 2 months was on creatine for a month.........have decided to stop that because ive heard its bad for your kidneys, what other supplements should i take, im about 155lbs, 5'11.......thanks.

First, What are your goals? What are you looking to achieve?

If I were you (my opinion here) I would just eat alot and add some protein to the diet, high protein low carbs, but since you are 19 I would suggest staying away from prohormones since your body is still growing on its own. Creatine is great to, but don't over do it, most of it is pissed away if you take to much anyways.

Well im looking for the model cut look and am looking to be no more than 170lbs. so ideally I would like to gain 20lbs of muscle......I workout with a great guy who is basically a trainer and knows his stuff, im addicted to it after seeing results I just want whatever is out there to get max results, like you said pro hormones i heard its too early to start with that and creatine i have taken but would like to cycle it, on and off for a month, and ive been on it for a month. I eat heavy protein and usually protein whey shakes, now just bought some bars to add in also.

Lift hard and eat well for a while, then add the creatine to help you break any training walls you've hit. Could also go for a big bulk to put on a lot of muscle, then with fat burners you could melt off the fat, but if you've just started lifting, youll probably see good gains anyways without bulking

I agree...stay away from the creatine at first, because u will gain a great majority of ur gains in the first few weeks, then add creatine when ur results start to taper..I gained 15 pounds alone off of my first week of creatine when i began lifting...altho those arent typical results, i think it can only benefit everyone who takes it as long as they take it correctly

If you've only been training for 2 months, you don't need to worry too much about supps right now(no matter what those little runts at GNC tell you). Get a multi-vitamin and fill a truck with protein powder. When you hit a little plateau after a while, try creatine. Then after learning about them, try things like glutamine, ALA, etc. For now, your body will react surprisingly well to simply eating a lot of food, training hard, and sleeping all the time. Take advantage of it now, because it only gets tougher.
