i'm pretty fat. like, 6'3'' 265-ish? i only squat and deadlift once a week, never do cardio and eat fast food everyday. but yeah, most of you folks should pick up some weights...
I was cutting for a show, was supposed to be 8 weeks and got down to 142 @ 13% and then life happened, so I stopped short with 2 weeks to go.... I wonder what I may have looked like, but anywho.. I packed on 14 lbs in just 6 weeks.

don't know about that... i used to be a very hard gainer, and can lean out quick, but this dieting may have helped with gaining. I'm going to go for 12 weeks, then cut again, but I'll cut out the crap I have been indulging in and go for the "lean bulk" I don't feel healthy right now... but everyone says..."you look great!"
dontcha hate that? nice, thanks for the kind words... but honestly, I feel like shit... tired, sluggish, grumpy...I've be eating too much junk, and thats not my norm.
