What happened to black music?

Here's links to some videos you requested. I don't have videos of my best bench but here's a 285 press that was done after I had already done 225 for 10 reps and 245 for 7 reps. The deadlift is 465 that was done after squats and 2 other heavy deadlift sets.

OK, that was a solid deadlift, I'll give ya that.

You're wearing wrist warps in the bend vid, so that's not raw in my opinion, but still a good press.

I'm also impressed by your spotter checking out those two chicks more than spotting you.

Also, you're not 190, unless you are like 5'6", Buddha belly. I still think you whine on here a lot.
 
Wrist wraps are passive support, meaning they don't add any extra weight to the lift. In my younger days i totaled 1454 in the 198 class. Yes, I weigh 190 at 5'9". My belly looks big when laying on the bench as I know how to arch my back as powerlifters do.
 
Don't get all cocky now that I acknowledged your lifts. You most definitely do have a big ol' fat belly.

Post up some fucking cross fit vids if you want to impress me.
