What exercises should be done "Eccentric"?

I'll soon try the HST training and read their website to learn more. They say: "HST utilizes, when practical, eccentric workouts for 2 consecutive weeks. This suggestion is only for exercises that can be performed in eccentric fashion without risk of injury."

So what exercises are best for eccentric style?
 
Everything you can. Obviously this excludes squats and deadlifts, but pretty much anything else can be done negatively with either training partners or some creative ideas :D

Training limbs is great, cause then you can do two limbs up and one down with dumbbells.
