I use them for stiff leg deads. I used to use them for almost all back exercises, but i felt my forearms were losing size / strength. However, on stiff legs [and soon regular deads] i use deads cause i dont like any distraction from the area i am concentrating ones. For all i want to know, my hands are welded to the bar and i dont want to think of my grip.
I dont know how some of you gusy do deads for reps with huge weight. That is super impressive!!!
