What ethncity is your girlfriend/wife?

My wife is nordic-european ancestry, but made in Texas! (She unfortunately would be disapproved by my family though, as my Grandma never let go of the Civil War, and my wife is 50% descended from Rebels, and I'm 100% Philadelphia Union soldier family heritage). But I have also dated Black, and would also have sent my Grandma into orbit.

How's that for a weird answer?
