wHaT dOeS a 1-ad diet mean?! or a EQ diet??!

hey!! i was just wondering what a 1-ad deiet mean..i was readin a thread and someone was asking about a the 1-ad diet..i was just wondering what the hell that meant because the person sounded like he was in the same predicament as I. aslo i was wondering what the EQ diet was aswell..please inform me. thnx.!!

The person was asking about using 1-AD which is a PROHORMONE and useless for the most part and how to incorporate his diet w/ the supplement. It's NOT a 1-ad diet, and for the EQ you are again misreading. EQ is AS (stroids) which you should not even think about! they are asking about a diet to use w/ EQ. This should not concern your my friend....

Just stick to a clean diet/cardio/training and you'll get ahead soon enough....
