just eat healthy regardless
it depends on what part of the day i worked out.. the last workout i got home and prepared an afternoon BBQ. it was a super fatty sirloin with MCT oil and veggies.
yesterday after my lunch workout i had some nuts and fruit.
the worst thing you can do, and i see this shit all the time, is leave the gym and go to chikFilA or mcdonalds.. congrats on just wasting your entire workout for nothing.
