believe me, I wish I did not weigh 235.
I have been out of the gym for about 6 months (shoulder injury, school).
I know I am not defined but that is really not what I am going for. I want to be cut, but not too ripped. I compete in power lifting comps. and I would lose if I lost a lot. I want to be thick and have good symetry. My legs and back are not that visable from the picture and those are by far my best. That is where most of my weight comes from
