What do you think about DNP use for extended periods of time?

I'm not talking 400mg-600mg a day but more like 200mg a day for a month or longer. I have used 200mg a day and have felt very little,if any,discomfort. However I did this for only about a week. Why not do it none stop at a low dose until you get to where you need to be? At 290lbs I would like to drop about 30lbs and I feel 200mg a day is pretty mild dose. The 400mg and 600mg days are the ones that will cause unmanagable sweat and discomfort.
 
I think Huck did this. Its probably on the plat board though. I think the jist of it was in went decently. He had some skin reactions that he treated as he went along I believe. He eventually couldn't take the sides and came off, but I think he was on for over a month.

I ran DNP for 14 days, and the first week was fine even up to 600mg. The second week was all at 200mg and I had the weird side where water tasted real strange and made my face wrench up. It was an unavoidable physical reaction that felt like hell. It was fucking hard to drink water. In the future I'm not planning on running it past 7 days.
 
I'm not in favor of prolonged DNP cycles.

The reasons are:

Your workouts are shot.

T3 decrease.

You feel like crap.

Sounds like a pain in the ass to me.

You can work out, but I don't know how great you'll feel (I felt like shit)

I sure as hell don't have the time or energy to devote, to say a 30 day run of DNP.
 
i did like a month at 200mg/day... workouts where scheite, i still was always hot. i didnt' sweat ALL the fucking time, but i did have that moist clamy skin. diet wasnt' very strict, but that was the leanest i had ever been... go to the point where i couldn't take the sides anymore and stopped. was just feeling too run down, tired of being sweaty, workouts were crap...
 
why do anything

Well why drive a car, its safer in the long run to walk everywhere...its the same thing...DNP is faster, more efficient and sexier than diet and exercise. Sorry for the glibness of that answer, for some dnp is a quick fix and sometimes a substance like dnp can make an impossible or improbable goal become possible. But it is risky and some might say not worth the risk....but in short the above is the reasoning why some are willing to take the risk. And like with anything, the risks can be minimized, but again I suppose they're never eliminated.

Why rick your health on steroids? We all know that its probably better in the long run to just eat alot of protein and train hard. Who needs juice?

That's pretty much it.. I'd prefer a weekend of misery than a month of hell.

As far as potential risk comparing DNP to steroids is like comparing cyanide to baby asprin.
 
i don't know about you guys....but i find any fat lost from dnp quickly returns... i have not kept any of the result from the few dnp cycles i have done. now this could because i am pretty low in body fat naturally

Cardio is a no-no, and if you do decide, it should be a slow walk.

Anyway, be careful bro, even if you lower the dosage. No need to risk your life, especially if you get some FUNKY DNP :(
