what do you recommend for crohns disease?

I’m looking to get a diet together to help me with crohn’s disease.
I was recently diagnosed with it and there’s so many different opinions out there I would like to get some tips and tricks when it comes to how to dye it like a bodybuilder should be eating while also being able to be successful and not it instigate my Crohn’s issues
