Ambien is not beneficial for long term use. It's effectivness wears off in 3- 5 days.
12.5 - 25 mg of benadryl works great, but just like anything else, I wouldn't use on a routine basis, maybe 2 -3 nights in a row, then off for awhile. 25mg makes me feel "slow" the next morning, I'd start with 12.5.
Someone posted that weed would not have any effect on your cycle. Well that is wrong. Smoking weed (or anything else for that matter, including cigarettes), has a catabolic effect on the body, and WILL aid in muscle break down. Just thought some of you should know that.
the fan in my face makes me sleepy but dam it usually makes me get sick , i just started zma im sleepin a bit better but ive awakened in the middle of the night a couple times i think cause of the dreams, i dont usually have dreams that often , well at least i dont remember them but im gettin that crusty stuff on my eyes in the morning that i used to get as a kid alot lol i dont know what it is or if it means anything though. I am feeling a little bit better during the day at work since using zma less sleepy or tired i mean, and im starting to use kava kava and melatonin also .
Alcohol does not effect REM......just don't become dependant on it. I mean.....if you are AAS & getting drunk to go to sleep......poor liver......you may as well donate it to a person that would take care of the little puppy......hehehe

Oh, is that all it will do??? How about raise estrogen levels and increase estrogenic fat deposits. Lower natural as well as supplemental testosterone; increase the urge to binge eat (some view this as a positive while others see it as a negative); decrease motivation significantly; and then what you said.
