what do you pack going overseas

I need a list of supplements that you like to take with you when going overseas?
I plan on training at a hotel but not sure how much time I will have because I will be working.
Anything you recommend to prevent me from getting sick? Its a 3rd world country and my first time going to a place like this

I would take a multi something like n2guard ed with me.
