I get a lot of pm's and emails about my routines, especially the 5x5, what do you guys think of me creating a thread on here that is a sort of training log, keeping track of my sets, reps, and weights used?
I know there is a training journal forum but you have to be platinum to view it
 
That would be awesome Needsize! Definitely look into this if at all possible. Im loving the 5x5 routine, and I have a couple buddies who are following it as well. It would be nice to see what you are doing with the program, and any input or changes that you may suggest. Thanks man!
 
The thing is I'm not really foloowing the 5x5 routine right now. I've used it so many times in the past that I figure I need to change it up if I want to keep gaining. So the routine I'm following is a spin off of the one I posted, but with a few variations to keep my body growing
 
start the thread it sounds like a good idea, I might start putting up my nubers qwhen I get situated with my car and school and this new job I have..... It is always nice to see where you stand compared to other people and how much you need to improve, this kinda of stuff provides motivation....
 
I say do it.. I'm no expert by anymeans but I'm keeping my journal on this board so folks can learn along with me as well as the motivation on knowing when I work out (which i do alone) i will have to answer to the board and post my #'s ...
