What do you guys think. Does this qualify as balls to the wall?

i dunno watching videos like this make me wonder whether pro bodybuilders really do have great genetics and training secrets

or whether their just the guys using the best and most gear and compounds combined with food

but FML this guy must love his deca for his joints

but have to say he is a beast, and his lifts are fairly impressive, still nothing compared to ronnie

but its good to see a bodybuilder with descent lifts, was watching kai greenes training video for triceps and shoulders......

have to say kais lifts were dissapointing,

Speaking of Kai, he just won the Australia Grand Prix over Dexter.
Which video did you see of him training. It's almost impossible to find anything on him lifting. I've seen him train with Victor but that's about it and victor was going way heavier than him.

I see a lot of pros out here at the golds gyms in socal and Gunther was at my gym yesterday and I almost never see them lift
all crazy and out of form like they do in vids

here is two videos of kai greene which includes benching 495 raw with a pretty big ROM for reps and the same with 405 on a pretty high incline, there is some good info said in the back ground too by Oscar Arden, he says alot about using basic training with a good diet to build size and strength...

Yeah I caught those before I left for work. I take back my previous statement although the workout I saw of him with Victor Martinez was from a while back.
There's another set of vids with Kai and Dave Palumbo and I gotta tell ya, I have a lot more respect for Kai after watching them. Kai has been through a lot in his life and no matter what has kept his head up and never lost sight of his goal which is to be a world class bodybuilder.
These are the clips:

He's had some serious injuries over the years so you get what you pay for. He missed the '08 Olympia due to a torn tricep. I can see why.
