what do you guys mix with your tuna?

I like the eggs and tuna pretty damn good...but I'm looking for something else. I tried a can with just fat free ranch and I had a hard time taking it down. I'm thinking tommorow of trying it with fat free mayo. Any other suggestions fellas

After eating soooo much tuna, the easiest way for me to do it is to throw it in a blender, add 1 cup of water, blend it, hold your nose and down it. Try it, it may sound gross, but it really is easy and you will be able to eat 3 times as much tuna in a day than before.

I mix 1 or 2 cans of tuna with 8 egg whites, one yolk and brocolli (and some fat if i want it - olive oil)....i cut everything in little pieces and voilá ...great salad

the brocolli makes all the difference

Get creative, there are tons of spices you could add to your tuna. Salsa is a low-cal thing you can mix with it.

You could also get better tuna. Some people who dont like chunk light get Albacore, or go buy tuna steaks at a butcher or meat shop (pricey though).

97% fat-free cheese, mix well and microwave until melted. Adds some extra protein too.

I am so sick of Tuna. I just throw it in the blender with protein powder and olive or flax oil. Hold my nose and done in under 20 seconds.

I mix my tuna with 1 tbs of tabasco sauce or with 1 tbs of extra virgin olive oil. Or sometimes I mix it with light miracle whip. Works great.

I usually mix mine with some salsa, and eat it striaght from the bowl.
It tastes fine, takes no time, and dosent add any calories
