I'm gonna get rid of the extra garbage in my diet to lean up a bit in the spring (of course) and i'm curious as to what others consider clean food?
I usually consume stuff like wheat rice, whole grain bread (not enriched flour), steaks, chicken, fish, fruit, fat free cottage cheese (usually closer to bedtime), various nuts for efa's, some lean german sausage every now and then (lean cause it was slaughtered off a boar LOL)...
What do you guys consume? there's more to what i eat but i'd like to hear some of your guys' clean bulk foods.
