1. 93-96% lean ground beef, cooked with rice & tomato
Steamed Steel-cut Oatmeal
-or- Yogurt with lo-carb cereal
2. Protein Shake
3. Chicken on salad, or Beef w/ rice mixture
4. Beef (tacos) and big salad
I used to eat a whole lot more from 1998 - 2003 when I competed in BB and weighed a lot more with lower bodyfat. I was 150 then. I'm 123 now and recreationally lifting and enjoying. Anyway, that's pretty much what I eat now.
You have to figure out what your goals are and where you are at physically (height, weight, bodyfat and then look at your training, daily life, etc. That will help you figure out where to go with you nutrition. Good luck.
