what do you eat for breakfase, lunch and dinner

What do you guys eat for breakfast lunch and dinner? Im starting to take weightlifting pretty serious and need some ideas on what are some good foods to eat.
 
Am meal
oatmeal 1/2 cup
two scoops evo pro mixed with a blueberries or strawberries and skim milk

Lunch
6oz chicken breast
1/2 cup of brown rice or 4 oz potato with salsa on it
cut of black or pinto beans
 
1. 93-96% lean ground beef, cooked with rice & tomato
Steamed Steel-cut Oatmeal
-or- Yogurt with lo-carb cereal

2. Protein Shake

3. Chicken on salad, or Beef w/ rice mixture

4. Beef (tacos) and big salad

I used to eat a whole lot more from 1998 - 2003 when I competed in BB and weighed a lot more with lower bodyfat. I was 150 then. I'm 123 now and recreationally lifting and enjoying. Anyway, that's pretty much what I eat now.

You have to figure out what your goals are and where you are at physically (height, weight, bodyfat and then look at your training, daily life, etc. That will help you figure out where to go with you nutrition. Good luck.

My breakfast =

Egg Whites Brown Rice and a Protein Shake

Half Egg White Cafrton = 25g of protein
1 cup of brown rice = 35g of carbs
24g Cassein Protein + 1%Milk = 31g of Slow digesting protein

Lunch:
1 can of tuna (on wholewheat bread)

2nd lunch
1 can of tuna ( On whole wheat bread)

Dinners:

Usually 2 chicken breast with a side of veggies .

And for my night snack since i got my Cassein. I have a shake with 1 serving of All natural peanut butter for nice sleep with slow digesting protein + Fat while I sleep.
