What do you drink on workouts?

Do you think it is enough to take just water to the gym, or I should also get some supplement or add anything to it? On one hand I think water is fine – it is all natural and good. On the other hand, I don't know – maybe I might be missing something.

Water alone is just fine. Some guys will add the BCAAto their gym water, and it is fine too if the product is good and hasno sugars in it. But this is not a necessity if you are not anendurance athlete who sweats extremely much.

Supplement companies try to trick you into thinking you need to add something to your water.

Water has no calories. Stick with water. Most of these fancy workout drinks actually end up doing more harm then good because most are loaded with sugar.

All you need is water. The only time you might need any carbs is if you were doing something like a half marathon. For a regular gym guy training, water is all you need.
