I've been in a very similar situation recently. Almost exactly in fact. I went through the same thing. You just have to convince yourself to not think about it and do something else to occupy your time. It will get better, you just have to realize that. After I had a big anxiety attack, I just talked to someone close. Had them help me break down what I was fretting over, and realize that it wasn't worth all I was making it out to be. Worrying does nothing to change what will happen in the future. What happens will happen. Easier said than done of course.
