I'm not a big fan of aerobic classes, but I will take a Boxing Class or Interval Training Class (incorporating jumprope, jump. jacks, boxing moves, sprints/running on indoor track, etc.) 1-2 times a week at my gym - for variety and so I don't die of boredom.
