havent' had my breakfast yet... i just got up ... whooo hooo i love holidays!!! trying to decide whether i want to do cardio or not (don't worry i'll go, just a routine i go through every morning)
right now i'm having some glutamine with some water and a little juice...
when i get back from the gym, i'll have my oatmeal eggwhites (oatmeal cooked with egg whites rather than water, mix in some all natural maple syrup, yummy )
7 am 2 scoops of whey isolate protein powder..1 tbsp flax oil..some crushed ice and a great tasting shake...but im just hoping i can keep it down today, been sick last night and this morning and my air conditioner is out!!!! Havent been sick in a while, sucks!!!!!

Right now I'm chowing down on some oatbran mixed with a cut up peach and soy milk, and a couple of sesame rye crackers topped with cottage cheese...off to the gym in a few!
did cardio about an hour ago... now im gonna have meself a protein shake(one with carbs in) ..throw in my efa's..take my many many pills for the day and im off to work happy eatings everyone

7 am -- water w/ lemon slice -this wakes you up good!
7:15 am - spirulina, kelp, EFAs
7:45 am - slice of sprouted grain toast + 1 tbsp soy nut butter + the rest of the vitamins, etc.
