It's amazing how well we eat when we hav to show others our diet. Here's mine:

From 6:30-9:30:
2 cups cranberry juice
large crepe stuffed with peaches and cottage cheese
1/2 cup milk

I ran out of whip cream so I sub the cottage cheese and it actually taste better.:p
 
what's setvia? because it sounds like it tastes good. I had a borning breakfast, nat pb on slice of toast. Just moved and have no cooking stuff.
 
stevia... gag... its some potent stuff :)

havent' had my breakfast yet... i just got up ... whooo hooo i love holidays!!! trying to decide whether i want to do cardio or not (don't worry i'll go, just a routine i go through every morning)

right now i'm having some glutamine with some water and a little juice...

when i get back from the gym, i'll have my oatmeal eggwhites (oatmeal cooked with egg whites rather than water, mix in some all natural maple syrup, yummy :) )
 
7 am 2 scoops of whey isolate protein powder..1 tbsp flax oil..some crushed ice and a great tasting shake...but im just hoping i can keep it down today, been sick last night and this morning:( and my air conditioner is out!!!! Havent been sick in a while, sucks!!!!!

sorry to hear that.... i was visiting the bathroom a little more than usual yesterday so i can kinda sympathize....

hope you feel better soon...
 
Right now I'm chowing down on some oatbran mixed with a cut up peach and soy milk, and a couple of sesame rye crackers topped with cottage cheese...off to the gym in a few!
 
did cardio about an hour ago... now im gonna have meself a protein shake(one with carbs in) ..throw in my efa's..take my many many pills for the day and im off to work :( happy eatings everyone
OH and PHEM .. stop rubbing ur maple syrup in my face!!!:mad: :p -- toddles -- KBgrl
 
7 am -- water w/ lemon slice -this wakes you up good!
7:15 am - spirulina, kelp, EFAs
7:45 am - slice of sprouted grain toast + 1 tbsp soy nut butter + the rest of the vitamins, etc.

not exciting, but totally sufficient!
