yesterday i had a subway sandwich a steak a chicken breast and "french fries" in mushroom sauce with bacon and cheese on top(delicuoso).
but because i was drinking all day from 2pm i wasnt eating what i usually eat.
i want to build muscle and on a regular day my diet would consist of :
breakfast; a pint of milk (thats 1 ltr for you yanks!)
lunch; a subway sandwich (either a melt,meatball or steak and cheese)
dinner; potatoes, meat (chicken or steak or fish), vegatables (carrots,turnip,cabbage,peas,beans caulifour or broccoli)
snacks :a large can of tuna and a medium sized sirloin steak, dairylee cheese slices, luncheon meat(ham,chicken or beef), and another 1-2 pints of milk throughout the day
i never eat the same dinner two days in a row.
aswell as drinking 3 protein shakes a day and a biscuit or two.
