If I'm home for lunch I'll usually have a 16 oz. top sirloin, with a baked potatoe and broccolli. If I work that day around lunch I'll grill up some chicken breasts before I leave and have a baked potatoe with em.

My diet is pretty basic;

Steak
chicken breasts
tuna
salmon
fruits and vegetables
eggs
oats
and some breads
