What cycle should I take ?

Hi there

Any suggestions to a good cycle to a newbie ?

I've been on deca and sus250 and winny before...

I don't know very much about steroids, and would like a complete information about what i should take...
heard about you should take clomid to keep your gains and so on, but don't know anything about it...

so please help me....

Bro it looks like you have a long way to go. The first thing you should do before even considering a new cycle is to educate yourself until you have a good working knowledge of whats going on. Do like I did spend most of your time with the search function. Anything you need to know is all there. Good luck. It takes time but its worth it. The only regret that I have is I didn't find this place sooner

Yeah perhaps... but I would just like a little help to what i should take...

an 8 weeks cycle..

deca, sus250 perhaps..
and some clomid ?

but how much of each, and when should clomid be taken in the cycle and so on

With deca and sust clomid begins 3 weeks after your last injection. With deca therapy lasts 4 weeks. With sust it is only 3. So if you are doing both your therapy will last a grand total of 4 weeks. 300mg 1st day 100 next 10 days 50 remaining days. That is standard operating procedure for clomid therapy.
