seriously, though - i hear brad ate (virtually) nothing but chicken breasts for quite a while - which makes sense, as he was NOT large and muscular at all, just low BF, which almost anyone can do.

Phaded, I thought we have went over this many times already with you, no matter what cycle you run you will never be as big as Brad Pitt, I thought that last time we talked you were going to get that plastic surgery? His biceps alone are 20" when put together which is something you will never be able to achieve without synthol. I would like to be able to take what ever cycle he ran that let him catch so many trout in A River Runs Through It, I read that he was dipping his fly lures in Winny and the fish were just jumping on his line.

we saw fight club pitt looked pretty big on screen and ripped . some how i was over at a friends house and it was playing on a reg old 27 inch tv screen. bitt didnt look bogh at all his chest was tiny all he had was abas that about it. He prob just starved and sniffed coke for a few weeks then did the bay oil and shaved his wee stomach .thats all I doubt he did anything steroidal. dude is like 6ft and a buck and a half
