Optimus B New member May 30, 2003 #3 i've always found that when my legs are sore, the first 5 minutes of any cardio are pretty painful, but after that, it's relatively smooth sailing. if your legs are really sore, i'd suggest something low impact like walking, the elliptical machine, or swimming.
