What can increase my sperm count?

I have some difficulties conceiving a child with my wife, and according to the spermogram I got a low sperm count. Have been recommended to take Speman from Himalaya, which should increase the sperm count. Just to be sure, I want to get some more supplements for this. Do you know of any that will help me with that?

Are you wearing tight pants or underwear? Those have been clinically shown to decrease sperm count.

I would also switch to all natural cleaning products. Commercial cleaning products are very estrogenic and will lower testosterone and sperm levels.

I think just a healthy lifestyle is going to be the best bet. Remember, it only takes 1 sperm so just keep trying.

How low are they saying you are? Before we had my daughter my count came in at 8,000,000. My specialist put me on HCG injections and after a few months I was up to 12,000,000 and we conceived around that time.

I have post-finasteride syndrome and have been on trt for a few years now but the low count was before I started trt.

the only medical fertility program for men that has been shown to work is clomid + vitamin E

the whole hcg increases sperm count is a joke. you conceived in spite of hcg and ironically shut yourself down more since using it.

Before I got on TRT, I had to meet with an endocrinologist. The endo wanted to try and restart my HPTA before prescribing me TRT.

Clomid + vitamin E is the exact protocol she gave me.

HCG is the absolute worst thing to take. You might as well just be taking testosterone at that point.
