Fresh cracked pepper and salt can add some flavor to it.
Also, I'm not sure what this is call but when I was a kid my mom would take a saucer and put 1 leaf of lettuce with a big scoupe of cottage cheese in the middle surrounded by 4 or 5 canned peach slices. Pretty good stuff.
Tuna + hot sauce + red pepper, have this every night before bed
I know its not what you're looking for but try some different cottage cheese the lowfat tastes ALOT better than the nofat and only has like 2g fat per serving.
