what are your goals for the year end?

Here are some goals I have:

At 5'10", I plan to hit 213lbs at 7 percent bodyfat.

I want to add some size to my arms.

I have no plans on cutting weight, but I will stay active in cardio so my body will receive an adequate supply of oxygen.

Keep calories between 4000 and 5000 per day. I am eating at least 6 meals per day. . . sometimes 8.

My top goal is to stay injury free and fight the tendonitis.
 
A 500 pd dead is within my reach...
A 475-480 squat will be some good gains...
If i hit 300 on my bench i will be content as well...

Right now i dead 485 and squat 455..once i polish the bottom of my squat it will shoot up very well. I missed 465 today...

Back to work...
 
by end of the year, ill be 4 weeks into cutting for a march show. but for the next couple weeks. EAT EAT EAT. GROW GROW GROW.
 
My goals?

Easy.

to be at or under 200 lbs (currently 215)
To have gained LBM.
To have a 36 or under pant size.
To have zero, or close to zero gut.
2 months. I think.. scratch that, I KNOW I CAN! its all about determination.

I have just given up smoking (in both forms), and drinking. I will not let ANYTHING get in my way!
 
nice Drunken weasal stay strong. end of the year, 180-185. 175 now. i could probably hit 190 i think. FOOD and BIG LIFTS, im starting to learn now.... watch out in a yr i WILL be 200+

Speaking of which, in a year, I hope to be around 215 or so again, but with LBM, not FAT.
 
weigh about 192 lean around 7-9%
Incline 275 for 8
front squat 275 for 8
squat 405 for 8
clean an jerk 225 for 8
dead 5 plates on each side
military 100 dumbells for 8

also get my sprint time down, and keep up my fighting skills;)
 
Goals for end of the year
Bench 250x5 (right now 230x4)
Weigh 185 with 9-10% BF (right now im 190something)
Deadlift 300x5 with EXTREMELY strict form
Squat 250x5 (doing 230 right now)
Then its time to bulk for another 2 months! Yumm yumm.... I think I'm gunna aim for a 210lb bulk this time... should be interesting.
 
To be king of the universe weighing in at 500lbs of rock solid muscle...

Oh, I thought you ment in my DREAMS. lol

My goals are more mid January.

Weigh in around 230 at 10%bf... strength up a bit from now... but looks are more important to me... sorry powerlifters. :)
