PS: Ulcaster,
lifting takes like 45 minutes during the day. maybe say 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes if you count commute and shower time.
Working takes about 8 hours a day, and so does sleep.
There is still plenty of time to play computer games.
I did this all the time back in highschool. (worked out and played comp/video games) I would prolly be doing it now, except ive lost interest in those games.

I spend 2 hours a day, in the gym.
If I play games, they suck me in and I get nothing done. It's a weakness, I know this, I set priorites without them.

back in my prime, i lifted 3 days a week and did 6 days of cardio. (40 min cardio and lifting took about 1 hour)
Now I'm just doing about 4-5 cardio sessions each week. I havent lifted in ages, (but then again I do lift furniture every day all summer long, since thats what my summer job entails)
right now i want to lose some fat. get my 36" waist back down to 32"
