i know waht you guys mean, im in highschool and the football team of my schoold went to a powerlifting meet a week ago cuz the coach wanted them too. these gusy do not worry at all about diet, eating fregquency, have no postworkout food just go on with their thing after lifting which the whole team does together after school, so basically they just listen to the strength coach. just to name one kid, he won his weight class, weighed in in the 250 lbs class and squatted 600 lbs, deadlifted 575 and benched 330. and he doesn event train powerlifting or nething, he is just hugggge, eats garbage all day and just trains with the football team.
