my friend sold me some winny tabs, so i think. They are yellow 5 sided with a line scored across it. I am not familiar with these . whatr are they and what mg are they?

5mg British Dragons. Check the gear pictures board you'll find them. There are some corrupt sources selling them as 10mg, but the are not.

I heard they are good and just ordered some myself.
The dosage could vary. Myself, I am going to run betwwen 7-10 a day which is 35-50mg ED.
Depends on your stats, goals
are you taking with something else?

i am 6'0 210 was going to run them by themselves, just want a little size and strength until my bulk cycle a few months from now

You may get a little size off them, but don't expect too much. I gain good strength when on winny. I would suggest at your size 10 pills a day (50mg)
