I would say for lean meat the filet mignon is the king, however its the most expensive. Lean ground sirlion makes a nice, nice burger OR taco's. Taco night is my favorite. NO sour cream!!
i eat lean cuts of rump steak pretty much every other day, I cut of any of the fat that is on there at home so I can safely say there is probably <10g as the cuts are already the lean variety I just cut off any of the little bits of fat still on there
so sorry, broiled round steak. im sure most recognize a nice broiled round steak when they use the cooking method terminology rather than the name everyone everywhere uses, which is london broil.
